Angry Mob Forces Suspected Thief to Eat Raw Pepper

An angry mob dished out an unusual punishment to an alleged thief in Abidjan,
Cote d’ivoire. The mob forced the alleged thief to eat raw pepper, while threatening him with cane and recording the torture on their mobile phones.
