On Wednesday, 11th July, 2018, two Accounting students of the Rufus Giwa Polytechnic, Owo, Seun Ogunmola and Deborah Iyanuoluwa, who were allegedly chased by some SARS operatives had an accident after losing control of the steering wheel.
According to reports, the SARS officers absconded and left the students at the accident scene. The students were taken to the Federal Medical Centre, Owo by some alleged passers-by.
Student Who Had an Accident While Being Chased by SARS Finally Dies
It was reported that one of the students Seun died yesterday morning around 10am, after a surgery session. Following these reports, the Polytechnic students have started a protest over SARS operations around the school.
